Your responsibilities

- Supports the sales activities of the Territory Consultant by delivering products for surgical procedures.

- Reorders inventory and restocks sets as dictated by surgical schedule.

- Help to develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.

- Advises on the use of Medartis products by the surgical staff in the OR suite.

- Undertake a continuous education process focused on developing orthopedic consultative selling skills.

- Support Territory Consultant workshops and related sales activities.

- Be available on-call to support surgical needs.

- Develop and maintain close working relationships with customers.

- Coordinates liaison between internal support staff and customers.

- Analyzes and controls expenditures of territory to conform to budgetary requirements.

- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition, reporting interpretation to supervision. 

Your qualifications

- Education in Business or Medical background is preferred

- 1-2 years of B2B outside sales experience a plus

- Clinically proficient in anatomy preferred

- Willing to work within a medical facility's operating room

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory by personal vehicle

- Must reside/willing to reside within 15 miles of Phoenix, Arizona

- Must be willing to relocate after two years, if applicable

- Must have a valid driving license

- Must speak English

- Excellent communication skills

- Self-motivated
