Your responsibilities
Provide valuable support and comprehensive training in the operating room and hospital environment.
Participating in surgical procedures to assist healthcare professionals with the proper use of KeriMedical products
Organize and lead workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance the knowledge of our users.
Support your field sales colleagues with your expertise in product presentations, contributing to the team's success.
Design internal training sessions and clinical education on KeriMedical products and actively participate in all educational activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.
Observe the market and conduct in-depth analyses to identify new opportunities.
In close collaboration with the sales team, you successfully acquire new customers, contributing significantly to growth.
Contribute to increasing brand awareness and assist in driving sales growth through strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain a solid, evidence-based database of relevant literature that serves as a foundation for decision-making.
Participate in trade fairs and congresses, representing our company as a competent point of contact.
Your qualifications
You have professional experience as a Product Specialist, preferably in the field of joint replacement/orthopedics.
You also have experience in the operating room and/or several years of sales experience in the medical technology industry.
You have a very good technical understanding and are proficient in both written and spoken English.
You are known for your excellent communication and presentation skills.
You demonstrate enthusiasm, team orientation, and a high level of flexibility and willingness to travel within the territory (60%).
