Your responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, such as increasing market share, revenue growth, and brand recognition in the medical device sector.

Define and communicate the value proposition of the company's medical devices, ensuring a clear and compelling message to target audiences.

Conduct extensive market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends, and use this information to refine marketing strategies.

Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity within the medical device industry, ensuring a consistent and professional image across all marketing materials.

Team with Product Development, Sales, Operations, Marketing Communications, Medical Training and Education, and other functions to drive marketing and commercialization of new technologies.

Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for new product launches, including market assessments, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

Work with all regions to support the ongoing business and prioritize key initiatives across the US

Oversee marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to reach target audiences effectively.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing collateral, sales tools, and market insights to help drive product sales and meet revenue targets.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred

5+ years of experience of medical devices or related field within the general orthopedic, extremity, trauma space preferred

Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, compliance, and quality standards.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding marketing goals.

Exceptional value on ethical standards regarding surgical procedures and patient outcomes required

Direct experience and demonstrated success with the design, development and launch of new Medical (device/drug) products

Up to 50% of traveling is required  

Ability to travel and work on weekends to support corporate events and activities
