Marketing Manager KeriMedical |
Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies for the KeriMedical product portfolio and myThumb in coordination with management for Germany and Austria
- Planning and management of product launches, as well as the lifecycle management
- Analysis of market and competitive landscapes in Germany and Austria
- Creation of target group-specific marketing materials (print, digital, trade shows, and training content)
- Close collaboration with sales, clinical experts, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Organization of scientific congresses, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Development of training materials and sales training programs
- Management of marketing campaigns (digital and offline) in collaboration with KeriMedical colleagues and external agencies
- Support in the development of reimbursement strategies
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-specific inquiries
- Systematic research and monitoring of relevant scientific literature; building and maintaining a database of clinical evidence, and sharing insights to support sales growth and clinical excellence
- Management, organization, tracking, and analysis of KeriMedical events and product trainings
- Driving complaint handling and solution management processes
- Promote products to increase brand awareness, sales growth, and adoption within the region surgical community.
- Communicate effectively with marketing colleagues, sales and other stakeholders to ensure service excellence
- Develop sales and education strategies with the management
- Complete other responsibilities, tasks and duties as may be assigned by management.
- Responsibility for liaising with colleagues, sharing information, feedback and best practice supporting the company goals.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Marketing, Business Administration background
- Experience in product management and/or marketing within the medical device industry - close collaboration with sales teams
- German-speaking and business English
- Confident handling of MS Office and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel (20%)
