Act as a key strategic HR Business Partner to Executive Management Board Members, advising on leadership, performance, and organizational development
Lead and develop the Swiss HR team (HR Business Partnering, Administration & Payroll, and Reception), ensuring engagement, clarity, and performance
Support the CHRO and step in as Deputy when needed, actively shaping and executing HR strategy aligned with business goals
Oversee all Swiss recruitment efforts and ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires
Drive leadership and talent development initiatives in collaboration with Learning & Development.
Manage the annual performance and salary review process in collaboration with Total Rewards, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
Ensure efficient and compliant payroll, HR administration, and personnel processes
Champion employee relations, engagement, and communication to foster a positive and engaged work culture
Lead change management efforts and support the rollout of new HR tools and systems across the Swiss organization
Ihre Qualifikationen
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in formulating, presenting, and executing team and HR strategy
Strong organizational and project management skills—you can confidently lead multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
A collaborative mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude and enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams

Fluency in German and English
