Global Field Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Refine and execute comprehensive downstream marketing plans and strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Medartis’ Upper Extremities portfolio across all regions globally
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends, and leverage insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns for the assigned portfolio
  • Collaborate with wider global marketing team and local sales and marketing organizations to execute GTM plans and new product commercialisation
  • Collaborate with the local sales and marketing teams to aid in the development of sales enablement tools, including sales presentations, collateral, and training materials, to support the selling process
  • Monitor and analyse market and competitive trends, and provide recommendations for adjusting marketing strategies and tactics
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry influencers, and partners, to drive brand awareness and advocacy

Your qualifications

  • University degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing roles within the medtech industry
  • Fluent in English, German and/or Spanish are beneficial
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
  • Results driven, enthusiastic and able to influence at all levels
  • High customer and market orientation
  • Sound user of MS Office
  • Travel approx 40%
