Commercial Manager KeriMedical - UK

Your responsibilities

Drive the growth and establishment of the KeriMedical product portfolio in the UK

Lead, coach, and develop the Field Managers, ensuring that the strategic targets are met

Define, implement, and monitor regional sales and education strategies in alignment with global objectives

Support acquisition of new customers in cooperation with sales representatives

Develop and maintain senior-level professional relationships with KOLs, key accounts, and strategic partners

Ensure prompt and appropriate solutions for external and internal stakeholders, escalating when necessary

Oversee and coordinate external and internal  training and clinical education on KeriMedical products, including symposia, cadaver labs, workshops, and in-theatre education

Oversee timely and accurate stock maintenance, demand planning, and forecasting in collaboration with supply chain

Drive brand awareness, sales growth, and product adoption within the UK surgical communities

Ensure effective communication with customer service, supply chain, and logistics partners to maintain service excellence

Conduct market and competitor analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies

Your qualifications

Proven experience in medical device sales or related healthcare fields

Surgical experience in the field of traumatology/orthopedics

Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication skills

Demonstrated leadership potential and drive outcomes independently

Willingness to travel across the UK
