Ihr Aufgabengebiet

• Own the Salesforce platform roadmap, governance model, and long-term architecture
• Serve as the internal design authority, approving architecture and solution decisions
• Actively configure and enhance Salesforce (flows, objects, fields, validation rules, security model, reports & dashboards)
• Design and oversee integrations and API strategy, including middleware such as MuleSoft (if in scope)
• Ensure clean, scalable data architecture and enforce best practices in configuration and customization
• Own technical governance of the implementation partner, ensuring scalable design, clean architecture, and high delivery quality
• Partner closely with Sales Excellence to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Own release management, environment strategy, and deployment governance
• Monitor platform health, user adoption, and performance; manage incidents and continuous improvement

Ihre Qualifikationen

Required Experience

• 5+ years hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience in both architecture/design and configuration
• Strong knowledge of:
• Flows & automation
• Data model design
• Security & sharing model
• Integration patterns & APIs
• Release management best practices
• Experience working with external implementation partners

Preferred

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Architect track preferred)
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft
• Experience supporting B2B sales organizations
