The Associate Product Manager will play a vital role in the execution of product strategies and lifecycle management. You will work closely with the product management team and other cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, regulatory affairs, and sales, to ensure the successful ongoing support of the respective products and technologies that are assigned. Associate Product Manager, Lower Extremities

Your responsibilities

Collaborate with the product development team to bring new medical devices from concept to market, including defining product requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform product strategy.

Assist in the development and implementation of product strategies, including positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics to drive product success.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept through product discontinuation, including making recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.

Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements, work with regulatory affairs to obtain necessary approvals, and maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, product training materials, and provide product expertise to assist with sales and customer inquiries.

Assist in managing the product budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective product development and marketing strategies.

Maintain product documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and other necessary documentation.

Support launch and commercial planning for new products and through close collaboration company stake holders, including sales and customer service and medical affairs.

Your qualifications

Associate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, Bachelor degree preferred

3+ years of experience of medical devices or related field within the general orthopedic, extremity, trauma space preferred

Knowledge of medical device regulations, compliance, and quality standards.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding marketing goals.

Up to 40% of traveling is required  

Ability to travel and work on weekends to support corporate events and activities

Adheres to all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook, meeting work responsibilities and meeting internal obligations.

Ability to work in a lab and/or operating room environment is required

Self-starter personality along with robust market developmental and strong management skills
