Your responsibilities

Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, assisting with the preparation of payroll,  maintaining filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Assist in defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.

Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

Makes travel arrangements (domestically and internationally) for the President or Executive Management Team members, ensuring a high degree of accuracy to enable seamless and efficient travel connections.

Creates and processes expense reports with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.

Provides administrative support for meetings by preparing agendas and reports, taking minutes of meetings and communicating action items or other outputs as needed

Responsible for ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all guests and employees at the front desk.

Assist in the role out of employee engagement activities

Provides support to Executive Leadership Team or other department leaders, as requested.

Assists in the orienting and training of new employees.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Your qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Two to three years’ experience in an office setting preferred.

Ability to work independently to execute assigned responsibilities with little supervision.

High level of accountability to complete task and projects accurately and on time.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Must possess strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
