Your responsibilities
Manage fixed asset tracking and spreadsheets, including monthly entries and payment schedules
Manage tariff tracking and related reclassification entries
Utilize accounting and reporting systems to assist with period close tasks
Assist with preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements
Perform recurring and ad-hoc analyses as requested by management
Assist with semi-annual audits and reviews conducted by outside CPA firms
Support other general accounting and finance responsibilities as assigned
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, but not required
1–2 years of accounting or related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
Ability to learn quickly and consistently meet deadlines
