Ihr Aufgabengebiet

• Execute tasks for new learning structures, training programs, and system updates
• Prepare, upload, and validate training data in the LMS
• Maintain training records and documentation in alignment with compliance and audit requirements
• Collaborate with Learning Managers to meet project timelines
• Set up and maintain Learning Items, Curricula, Assignments, Content Objects and training activities
• Manage user Learning Plans
• Conduct data quality checks to ensure audit-readiness for inspections (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR audits)
• Prepare training reports and data summaries for project leads and stakeholders
• Support internal customers by responding to LMS and training‑related requests
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and data quality

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Strong IT and data administration skills, especially in MS Office (Excel)
• Experience with Learning Management Systems; SuccessFactors (SFLMS) is a plus but not required
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
• Comfortable working with structured workflows and administrative processes
• Interest in working in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, biotech, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Supportive and costumer centric mindset
